As Executive Director and senior acupuncturist, Elliot developed and ran programs that enabled agencies to provide services to underserved clients: homeless, recovering addicts, mentally ill, and people with AIDS and other chronic illnesses.

Elliot Wagner was founder and Clinic Director. The clinic was named in memory of his mother, a nutritionist and writer with a deep interest in this terrible disease.
