Elliot Wagner, O.M.D., L.Ac.
Elliot Wagner has made acupuncture his passion and profession for more than 26 years. Since receiving his degree in acupuncture and herbal medicine from San Francisco's American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1985, Dr. Wagner has treated thousands of patients for pain and stress-related health problems – the problems that are most resistant to conventional medical treatment.
Dr. Wagner dedicated 14 years to public healthcare. He provided care to over 8,000 patients while working in public health and serving as Director of San Francisco's Walden House Acupuncture Clinic, Director of the Tom Waddell Pain Clinic, and as Executive Director of California Acupuncture Resources.
Dr. Wagner has been an academic and clinical acupuncture school faculty member, a speaker at acupuncture conferences nationwide, and the author of articles for a number of respected journals and magazines. He has been honored for his dedication to his patients and his profession with certificates of appreciation and testimonials from both patients and colleagues.
In 2001 he joined Dr. Patch Adams and thirty other clowns on a trip to Russia to entertain kids in orphanages and pediatric hospitals. He received his Doctorate in Oriental Medicine in 2007.
